These terms apply to the Ease Ritual online store and purchases made through it. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform; Ease Ritual is responsible for the products and customer service.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, or interference with its security or operation.

Products and availability

Product details, available options, and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Availability may change. If we discover a material error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund; we will not substitute an item without your agreement.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is explicitly shown. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount shown for your order. An automated order receipt acknowledges that we received your order; availability and payment must be confirmed before fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
